Service Department

1.- Problem: Low sales per customer. It is common to find in car dealerships a lack of maintenance and repair marketing, resulting in low sales per customer.

Solution: ITN created its module Intelligent Sales, that not only raise sales per customer, but also meets the needs of them.

2.- Problem: Poor customer service. A complaint common in the service departments is poor customer care at the facility, which is the result of a combination of factors, among which are: slow reception, lack of customer follow up, bad repairs, etc.
